FROG CRYPTOGRAM SOLUTIONS
GENERAL FROG INFO
Frogs are amphibians. Most frogs have long hind legs, a short body, webbed fingers and toes, protruding eyes and no tail. They are great jumpers and move easily on land but can spend much of their time in water.
LIFECYCLE
They usually lay their eggs in puddles, ponds or lakes. Their larvae are called tadpoles, have gills, and develop in water. At the end of the tadpole stage frogs grow hind legs, then front legs, lose their gills and grow lungs.
POISONOUS FROGS
Many frogs contain mild toxins so that they are not edible for predators. Some frogs are especially poisonous like the poison dart frog. The poisons are very diverse and can have a variety of effects on people or predators.
