How the Grinch Stole Christmas is a children's book by Dr. Seuss that was adapted into a tv Christmas special in nineteen sixty-six. Boris Karloff narrated the show and was the voice of The Grinch.

Santa Claus is also known as Saint Nicholas, Father Christmas, and Kris Kringle. He brings presents to good children in the late evening or overnight Christmas Eve. In the past he was shown wearing bishop's robes. Today he wears a red suit with white trim and black boots.

CHRISTMAS FOOD

The traditional u.s. christmas dinner is a roast turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn, squash, and green beans. Dessert may be pumpkin pie, marzipan, fruitcake, apple pie, mince pie, or others. Other Christmas treats are gingerbread, plum pudding and candy canes.
